What file formats do you accept?
We recommend uploading print-ready PDF files. We also accept Adobe Indesign, JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, and TIFF formats. Please ensure all files meet our resolution and size requirements.
What resolution should my file be?
For the best quality, files should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). Lower resolutions may result in pixelated or blurry prints.
Do you require bleed margins in my file?
Yes, please include a bleed margin of 1/8 inch (0.125”) on all sides of your file to ensure your design prints edge-to-edge without any white borders.
What color mode should I use?
Files should be saved in CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction. RGB files may appear different when printed.
Can I upload multiple files for the same order?
Yes! You can upload multiple files. Please ensure each file is clearly labeled with the corresponding page or section of your order.
